All the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used by Purely Nutrition Ltd (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

When you place an order, we request your contact information (name, email address, mailing address, phone number) and financial information (credit card number and expiration date). By making an order and submitting your data you agree to this use.

We use this information to process and deliver your order, and to update you on order status. We may also use this information to send you product updates, newsletters, special promotions if you choose to receive these.

Please note, we take your privacy very seriously and do not share your information with any third parties. Any information you give us will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Returns Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify [email protected] of your dissatisfaction within 7 days of your order.

Naturally, we cannot accept returned merchandise which has been used or where the product seal is broken or has been removed. If you need to return your product(s), please do so within 7 days of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not included in refunds. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Please accompany your return with a copy of your website receipt, an explanation of why you are returning it and whether you would like a replacement or a refund. The customer is responsible for postage for any returned items. We strongly recommend that the customer obtain proof of postage for any returned item.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Maestro, etc), and all online payments are processed through Stripe - a secure online system. This is a very secure method of payment using encrypted software, so you can be confident that your card details are securely held.

Shipping Information

All orders for delivery in the UK have flat rate shipping fees depending on their size. All items are dispatched within 2 working days of placing your order. Please note that during peak holiday periods, deliveries may be delayed.

For UK Mainland Deliveries we use either Royal Mail, or a recognised national courier, therefore you may be required to sign for your delivery.
